Melissa Klemann is the Assistant Director of Life and Health with the South Dakota Division of Insurance. Melissa has served in various roles with the Division since 2005. Melissa is currently responsible for the oversight of life/health consumer complaints, rates and forms. She is also the lead on Health Care Reform for the Division of Insurance. Melissa plays an integral role in the legislative and rulemaking functions in her capacity as an Assistant Director.
